Our Privacy Policy
All our credit card payments are processed through the secure processing company Stripe, so we never have access to your credit card information. When you place your online order, we do collect your mailing address (and that of the person you're sending granola to, if it's not you!), as well as your email address so we can confirm your order. We will never sign you up for our newsletter without you knowing. If you choose to sign up at checkout, you can add your email address to our mailing list. We send one email update each month to announce the new Granola of the Month flavor.
Terms of Service
ORDER FULFILLMENT: Granola orders are made on Mondays and shipped on Tuesdays. The Granola of the Month is made once a month, around the 15th, and shipped the same day.
SHIPPING: Shipping is included in the price of the Granola of the Month (unless you select the pick-up option), and shipping is not included with the Door County Blend and Orange County Blend. Shipping prices for these reflect USPS Priority Mail rates, in Flat-Rate boxes depending on how many bags of granola fit in the box.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS: You may cancel your membership in the Granola of the Month Club at any time. Contact us if you want to stop receiving monthly granolas, and we will refund the remaining months of your membership to the card used to purchase it originally. We want you to be delighted with the granola you ordered. If you're not, let us know, and we will do our best to figure out what went wrong.
